1) We use ANOVA test to check the hypothesis that mean dollar sales on all days are equal. The delivered p-value is 0.000 which means that we can reject this hypothesis at 5% significance level. Descriptive statistics and result of ANOVA test are given below:To estimate and test the pairwise difference between sales on each day we use Tuckey’s post-hoc test. We observe that there is significant difference in sales amount between different days. In particular, sales on Tuesday (day 1) are the largest and they are statistically different from all other days except Thursday (day 3). Sales on Friday are the lowest (day 4) and they are statistically different from all other days except Monday (day 5). 2) We use ANOVA test to check the hypothesis that mean Soda sales on all days are equal. The delivered p-value is 0.000 which means that we can reject this hypothesis at 5% significance level. Descriptive statistics and result of ANOVA test are given below:To estimate and test the pairwise difference between Soda sales on each day we use Tuckey’s post-hoc test. We observe that there is significant difference in sales amount between different days. Moreover, it is very similar to the pattern of total dollar sales from task 1. In particular, sales on Tuesday (day 1) are the largest and they are statistically different from other days except Thursday (day 3) and Wednesday (day 2). Sales on Friday are the lowest (day 4) and they are statistically different from other days except Monday (day 5) and Wednesday (day 2).3) We use ANOVA test to check the hypothesis that mean Coffee sales on all days are equal. The delivered p-value is 0.882 which means that we cannot reject this hypothesis at 5% significance level. Therefor there is no significant variation in the mean sales of coffee in different days. Descriptive statistics and result of ANOVA test are given below:The differences in the mean sales of coffee in different days are insignificant, therefore they are not reported. The analysis has shown that there is significant difference in means of the total dollar sales in different days, in particular sales on Fridays and Mondays were lower than in other days. Furthermore, there was discovered a significant difference in the means sales of Soda in this days and no significant difference in sales of Coffee. Thus, it is advised to the manager to promote the sales of Soda on Mondays and Fridays, for example by special …
